Martin Fine Art Classes makes every effort to ship orders within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.
Depending upon product weight, size, and delivery address we use various shipping methods and carriers. Some products could be subjected to oversize shipping charges.
We take extra care in assuring that your purchase is well packaged and protected.
To save on shipping cost for paintings, usually, the canvas can be taken off from the stretcher bars, rolled, and delivered in a tube. On arrival, the painting can be stretched again by a framer.
If you are an international buyer you will be responsible for import costs and charges. You will be advised of all the conditions of the packaging and shipping and its cost. For international shipping outside the USA please allow 2-3 weeks.

You may return your purchase from Martin Fine Art Classes within 7 days, beginning the day the artwork is received, using the same packaging material and box. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and packaging.

Your request for refund will begin processing immediately. However, it can take up to two weeks for us to fully receive your return and process it.
